Is there free shipping?

YES! Free shipping on all orders above $50 spent!

+$3 shipping fee for orders below $50.

Free international shipping for orders above $160 spent! Please refer to the Shipping rates here! 

In the event the store is having sales, free shipping (min. $50 spent) will be excluded from the discount. Discounted items are not set to combine with free shipping. 

  

I ordered multiple items as gifts, can you package them individually?

Of course! Simply leave a note at check out that you wish to have them packaged individually as gifts, and if you wish to include special notes as well!

 

Can I use promo codes for customised pieces?

Sorry! Discounts and promo codes are not applicable for customised items.

 

Can stack promo codes during checkout?

Promo codes are not stackable (unless otherwise stated).

 

Can I request for a different length (necklace/bracelet)?

All pieces come with default 4-5cm extension chain. Any additional extension would be chargeable at $1 per cm. Please feel free to reach out to clarify on items you wish to extend. Additional extension chain is free! :)

 

I would like to custom make an item, how should I do it?

You may choose any product design as your base design. Let us know what you would like to customise (colours, charms, materials, length, etc). We will create a design mockup for you before finalising on anything. Custom items may take longer to design and create, so do give us extra time to work on your unique pieces! Additional charges may apply depending on design complexity and material cost :)
